This is the official web site of the Clearwater Hills Improvement
Association, a homeowners association of 217 members
and 191 homes. The Clearwater Hills community was platted
in
1955 and became one of the first gated communities in
Arizona. Clearwater Hills is nestled against the Phoenix
Mountain
Preserve at its western boundary and a portion of its
north boundary. The south, east and the north east
community boundary
abuts The Town of Paradise Valley. Fourteen Clearwater
Hills' members are residents of The Town
of Paradise Valley with the remaining members residing
in what is known as a Maricopa County
island.
Only a Clearwater Hills' member may authorize a visitor entry
into the community. Authorized visitor entries are made via
a security officer stationed at the Clearwater Gatehouse. The
Gatehouse is located on Clearwater Parkway west of Tatum Boulevard
two traffic lights north of Lincoln Drive.
Anyone seeking further information about the Clearwater
